**Milk and Honey Hair Smoothie Mix**

Milk & Honey Hair Smoothie!!!!! Pre/Post Swim Conditoner (Its Summer Time!!!!)

1 can of pure coconut milk (rich moisturize - hydrates, conditions and de-frizzes hair)
1 ripe avocado (natural source of protein - chlorine robs the hair of protein)
2 tablespoons of pure honey (conditions and adds sheen)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (hydrophobic oil that acts as a barrier to chlorine and salt water)

Directions: Add ingredients to blender. Mix at high speed until your concoction reaches a smoothie consistency. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can warm up your hair smoothie in the microwave before next application...just enough to re-chill.

How to apply to Hair:Section hair into 4 segments. Generously apply evenly to hair, from root to ends concentrating on ends..(ends are most damaging). Smooth hair into a protective style (braided ponytail, or a bun).

My name is Tywanna. Well thought I would take this opportunity to tell you I use to apply relaxers on my hair for years. LADIES!! .. I have recieved alot of request for my hair routine and the number one thing everyone needs to remember...

RULE # KEEP IT SIMPLE.... ALL LADIES WITH LONG HAIR HAVE SIMPLE ROUTINES.

I HAVE FALLEN DEEPLY IN LOVE WITH AUBREYS ORGANICS HONEYSUCKLE CONDITIONER..- my curls are extremely soft, light and moistured.

Shea butter- Once I apply the conditioner I apply shea butter to my edges and my ends.. this seals the cuticle :)

100 percent natural

ingredients below..

Into a blend of Aubrey's Coconut Fatty Acid Base the following herbals have been compounded: chrysanthemum, angelica, rosa mosqueta rose hip seed oil, honeysuckle oil, horsetail, coltsfoot, ginkgo leaf, ginseng root, rosemary oil and sage oil. Preserved with citrus seed extract and vitamins A, C and E. No synthetics of any kind. Not tested on animals.

Aubrey Organic products are full of great "hair growing" herbs as well.

Beware :-- its not cheap at all... 10 bucks- Whole Foods. Vitamin Shoppe - 9.00

I co-wash with it everyday and the bottle is lasting me about two weeks.. maybe a little longer. we will see.

I love my cheap herbal essences... but Aubreys is sooo worth the extra 4 bucks.

Also, Every once in a while I will add Beyond The Zone Noodle Head.

Gives great definition to the curls... :)

VITAMINS FOR HAIR GROWTH.....HMMM.... : )

What are characteristics of the best hair vitamins?


There are many hair supplements on the market making many claims, but the best hair vitamins will have several things in common. We have outlined a few of them below.

Look for the Niacin content
The best hair vitamins contain true niacin in a proper dose. True niacin increases blood flow to the surface of the skin. Don’t be fooled by Niacinamide. Niacinamide is not niacin. The proper amount of niacin is critical. Hair Formula 37 hair supplements use 35mgs of niacin per tablet.

backtrack!! remember Tan and I did the big chop which left room I might add for left over relaxer pieces and definitely no shape to my hair.



I did some research on salons that did great cuts for curly heads and they were at the top of my list. My experience was amazing.



I was treated so well and the decor of the salon was so cute. My stylist Gissele was very understanding and professional.

She gave me a consultation and taught me step by step how to style and moisturize my hair . I was really nervous about the hair cut but the end result was soo cute. The left over relaxer pieces were hiding my curls and they popped out when she trimmed them off. They offer soo many different services including a steam treatment which actually reduces frizz and increases moisture in the follicle. The asistants and the stylist were soo sweet and helpful with all of my newly natural questions.

They later finger styled my hair with Curls. This brand is amazing and its all natural. They carry Miss Jessies as well. Great Great Product!! I would suggest anyone that has poofy curls to try Miss Jessies. It works miracles!!
At the End of the Day I was very happy!! Highly Recommend Ladies!! Im offically ready to start growing. I will add pictures of my final cut for the next 1 and 1/2 years!
