**Milk and Honey Hair Smoothie Mix**

Milk & Honey Hair Smoothie!!!!! Pre/Post Swim Conditoner (Its Summer Time!!!!)

1 can of pure coconut milk (rich moisturize - hydrates, conditions and de-frizzes hair)
1 ripe avocado (natural source of protein - chlorine robs the hair of protein)
2 tablespoons of pure honey (conditions and adds sheen)
2 tablespoons of olive oil (hydrophobic oil that acts as a barrier to chlorine and salt water)

Directions: Add ingredients to blender. Mix at high speed until your concoction reaches a smoothie consistency. Store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. You can warm up your hair smoothie in the microwave before next application...just enough to re-chill.

How to apply to Hair:Section hair into 4 segments. Generously apply evenly to hair, from root to ends concentrating on ends..(ends are most damaging). Smooth hair into a protective style (braided ponytail, or a bun).

After that its FUN TIME IN THE WATER!!!! ENJOY ;-P

My name is Tywanna. Well thought I would take this opportunity to tell you I use to apply relaxers on my hair for years. It wasn't until I was pregnant with my daughter, when I decided to stop using any chemicals towards my hair. Since then, I have promoted to my freinds and family that natural is the only way to be. Also, letting my daughter know that there is nothing wrong with having beautiful curly hair and having the option to wear it straight without using chemicals. LADIES!! .. I have recieved alot of request for my hair routine and the number one thing everyone needs to remember...

RULE # KEEP IT SIMPLE.... ALL LADIES WITH LONG HAIR HAVE SIMPLE ROUTINES.

I HAVE FALLEN DEEPLY IN LOVE WITH AUBREYS ORGANICS HONEYSUCKLE CONDITIONER..- my curls are extremely soft, light and moistured.

Shea butter- Once I apply the conditioner I apply shea butter to my edges and my ends.. this seals the cuticle :)

100 percent natural

ingredients below..

Into a blend of Aubrey's Coconut Fatty Acid Base the following herbals have been compounded: chrysanthemum, angelica, rosa mosqueta rose hip seed oil, honeysuckle oil, horsetail, coltsfoot, ginkgo leaf, ginseng root, rosemary oil and sage oil. Preserved with citrus seed extract and vitamins A, C and E. No synthetics of any kind. Not tested on animals.

Aubrey Organic products are full of great "hair growing" herbs as well.

Beware :-- its not cheap at all... 10 bucks- Whole Foods. Vitamin Shoppe - 9.00

I co-wash with it everyday and the bottle is lasting me about two weeks.. maybe a little longer. we will see.

I love my cheap herbal essences... but Aubreys is sooo worth the extra 4 bucks.

Also, Every once in a while I will add Beyond The Zone Noodle Head.

Gives great definition to the curls... :)

Well thats all.. I just let it air dry in the Georgia heat .. and go on with my day... :)
