YEP!! I FINALLY DID IT.I have been thinking about doing the Big Chop for a while but I was scared to have short hair. All my life I had long hair and how could I give up my long locks!! The reason I decided to BC was the weather in Jamaica and I didn't want to continue to press my curls coming in. So.. I did what I had to do!! At first reaction I was devastated !! I felt very unattractive at first but after I got use to styling it.. I started to accept my curls!! I love it and I can tell its already growing back!!
P.S.. The natural hair climbing Dunns River Falls was the best thing ever!! no worries :) Just Curls.

Hi, thank you for stopping by AuNaturle, yes I did my big chop , actually I love it Im kind of use to wearing my hair short I love short hair , the difference this time is that 1) It's natural , no relaxer 2) It was a little bit longer than what it is now. I love you guy's hair it is sooooo cute . Don't worry it looks sharp!. Wear that new do with much confidence (smile).Continue to stop by as I will do the same.
I felt the same way when I did the BC this year. It was the first time I'd ever had hair that short so I had no clue how it would look. But I loved how well it framed my face that I haven't put braids or weave in it since.
your hair looks nice in those pics. it looks like it'll be shoulder length in no time. keep up the great progress.
